Our shipping charges ensure that we are able to continue to provide the widest inventory possible and still cover all associated costs. There is a slim, if any, profit margin associated with some of the small, but necessary parts that we carry. We recognize that they are vital for the continued operation of the equipment for which they are designed. If our business was based upon profit margins alone, many of those smaller items would be dropped, and those parts would become even more difficult to locate or purchase.
We are an extemely busy small business. Orders will be shipped via UPS ground from Chicago, and orders normally take 7-14 days for delivery from the day the order is placed. Stock information is not available online so please call us for stock information. Certain very small items will be shipped by USPS, please call if you do not have US mail service available.
We reuse packaging whenever possible so the box you get may say something different than what you ordered.

We ship ONLY to locations within the continental United States, Hawaii* and Alaska** or APO/FPO addresses. (We do not ship to Canada or Mexico.)
