Household Appliance 30-Day Return Policy:
If your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it or refund your money (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days**. Returned items must be in original packaging and may be subject to a restocking fee. All paperwork, manuals, accessories and packing material must be included to receive a complete refund. Any products not returned in the condition originally shipped will be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the purchase price. Refunds may take 4 to 6 weeks to process. Refunds are credited back to the original credit card.
**Exclusion: Absolutely no return on electrical/electronic repair parts.
A word about hair clippers:
We DO NOT sell used clippers. We sell only factory-fresh clippers. Manufacturers test clippers at the factory with a synthetic fibrous material that sometimes leaves fibers on the blades. Mixed with the oil already on the blades to prevent corrosion, this can appear to look like hair, but it is most certainly not hair.

Shipping charges on returned or exchanged items:
Shipping and handling charges on returned or exchanged items are not refundable.
Missing items:
If an item is missing from your order, please contact customer service to determine the cause and affect a remedy. Sometimes items are shipped separately. Items left out of an order will be sent to you at no additional shipping charge.
Shipping errors:
If you receive the wrong item or an item that you did not order, please contact customer service. You will not be charged shipping for returning a wrong item or additional shipping for receiving the correct item. If you ordered an item in error, you will have to pay all shipping charges associated with returning the item and ordering the replacement item.
We make all reasonable efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, but at times we cannot satisfy some issues, as they may be beyond our control. Our ability to ship product and make repars in a timely manner depends on the availability of such merchandise, and we will not be held responsible for inability to obtain materiel neccessary to complete transactions.
Our mission is to provide superior household products and service, within our capability, to the continental US. We are in business to make a profit. Our pricing is very competitive and is based on an intimate knowledge of our target market. We give good value for each item, in some cases just breaking even to stay in the market. We are here to stay and will respond to the best of our ability to any concerns.

We are a service center for Sunbeam and Oster products. We are not Sunbeam, Oster, Mr. Coffee, Andis, Bemis or any other manufacturer. We were once a division of Sunbeam, but have been an independent retailer and servicer for some years now, and are successor in interest to SASCO branch 80. We have a close relationship with Sunbeam, but that does not mean we are a part of the Sunbeam company, or any other manufacturer. We have no say in how they do business or what products they sell, and can not set pricing. We are a reseller and local servicer, in business in the same neighborhood for several decades.
